Virtual Tour Lab offers a B2B SaaS platform with subscription-based pricing. Our refund policy reflects the nature of digital services, while also ensuring that clients are treated fairly if genuine issues arise.
We offer a free demo before any payment is made. This allows you to evaluate the platform fully before committing to a subscription. We strongly encourage all prospective clients to use this demo period to ensure the platform meets their requirements.
Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for the current month's subscription fee once the billing cycle has started, except in the circumstances listed below.
Annual subscriptions may be cancelled within 7 days of the billing date for a full refund, provided you have not uploaded more than one virtual tour and have used less than 10% of your plan's features during this period. After 7 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable, but you will retain access to the platform until the end of the annual period.

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are committed to resolving billing disputes quickly and fairly. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may result in account suspension pending investigation.
