2. Data We Collect
Account & Business Information
When you register for Virtual Tour Lab, we collect your name, email address, phone number, company name, billing address, and payment information (processed securely through our payment gateway; we do not store card numbers).
Tour Content
We store the content you upload — including 360° images, videos, documents, and branding materials — to power your virtual tours. This content belongs to you.
Tour Viewer Data
When someone views one of your virtual tours, we may collect: IP address, device type, browser type, pages/rooms visited, time spent, hotspots clicked, and geolocation (city-level only). This data is provided to you as analytics to understand your tour's performance.
Lead Form Submissions
If your tour includes lead capture forms, the information submitted by viewers (name, phone, email) is passed directly to you as the tour owner. We store this data on your behalf as part of our service.
Usage & Technical Data
We collect information about how you use our platform — features used, errors encountered, performance metrics — to improve our service.
